Refunds and Returns Policy
1. Scope of This Policy
This Returns & Refund Policy applies to the sale of digital content supplied in non-tangible form, including but not limited to:

- Downloadable guides, documents, or informational materials
- Digital educational or informational content

2. Legal Framework

3. Right of Withdrawal (Droit de rétractation)
3.1 General Rule
In principle, consumers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of conclusion of the contract, without having to justify their decision or pay penalties.
3.2 Exception for Digital Content
In accordance with Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied in non-tangible form once performance has begun, provided that:
- The consumer has expressly agreed to the immediate supply of the digital content, and
- The consumer has expressly acknowledged that they waive their right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and downloading (or accessing) our digital products, the customer expressly:
- Requests immediate access to the digital content, and
- Acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.
As a result, no refund can be requested once the digital content has been delivered or made accessible.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 No Refund After Access
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final
- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are possible once the digital content has been made available to the customer
This applies regardless of whether the content has been downloaded, opened, read, or used.

No refund will be issued if the digital content is accessible and functional.
